We use Priority Mail through Parcel Force or DHL. Shipping can take anywhere from 3-4 business days after your order has been received and processed. We will confirm once your order has been received and send a tracking number once your order has been shipped to you.

It is recommended the battery is fully charged before using the E-Bicycle. The Battery needs to be connected with 240v cable supplied on mains socket before powering it on. Inappropriately charging the battery will void its warranty

We offer 1 year return to base warranty to brushless motor. Damaging the E-bicycle to its electrics and wiring will have an immediate void to the bike warranty.
