What is your refund/exchange policy?

In an event you want to exchange or require Full Refund of the product. The items needs to be in its original packaging and not been CHARGED and USED on the road. Our Refund Policy is strictly in line with distance selling regulations.
How long does shipping take?

We use Priority Mail through Parcel Force or DHL. Shipping can take anywhere from 3-4 business days after your order has been received and processed. We will confirm once your order has been received and send a tracking number once your order has been shipped to you.
Lithium Battery

It is recommended the battery is fully charged before using the E-Bicycle. The Battery needs to be connected with 240v cable supplied on mains socket before powering it on. Inappropriately charging the battery will void its warranty
Warranty

We offer 1 year return to base warranty to brushless motor. Damaging the E-bicycle to its electrics and wiring will have an immediate void to the bike warranty.
